Solve It Cheap

Illegal immigration is not what the advocates of criminal invasion claim it to be.  They claim that the criminals add to our economy and benefit the US more than the costs.  In reality it costs us far more than we get from ignoring the crime.

Among the NAS study findings are:

 
• Immigration is the driving force behind rapid population growth.
• Immigration has a negative impact on lower-skilled, less-educated Americans.
• Immigration is exacerbating the wealth gap.
• Immigration has contributed to the increase in high school dropouts.
• Immigrant-headed households use more in government services than they contribute in state and local taxes.
• Immigration is a substantial tax burden to native households, especially in states with large immigrant populations, and, on average, for the nation as a whole.

 

 

First of all, Mexican imports should be hit with very large tariffs to cover the cost of dealing with their criminals they still actively assist in illegally invading the USA.   Let the government of Mexico pay for the costs of hunting down, capturing, and imprisoning their criminals who they continue to assist in illegally crossing into the USA. Let the government of Mexico repay every dime we’ve spent on welfare and food stamps and education and healthcare benefiting Mexican criminals.  Mexico has plenty of oil, they can send us that by the shipload until the debt is paid.
Close the borders and move military training and bases to the border area.
Enforce current law and apply jail sentences to criminal invaders.  They can work building fences on a chain gang to earn their keep for 5 years prior to deportation.  Even under existing laws, Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, “Improper Entry by Alien” allows for 6 months imprisonment for the crime. Section 1324 allows for prison sentences between one and ten years for those foreign criminals and those who harbor them and or inside the crimes by hiring them or otherwise making it profitable.
Remove incentives.  Take US citizen children from the criminal invaders for adoption by US citizens while the criminal serves his and or her time in prison and working on the chain gang and after their deportation.  My administration will hold all employers of criminal invaders responsible for back wages based on the minimum wage and responsible for paying the SSI and all taxes as if those criminal invaders were legal.  The foreign invaders would have the right to sue for back wages as well.  Being invading criminals they wouldn’t get the entire settlement, of course, but they would get enough to make it profitable to sue while the federal government got the rest from those who supported the criminal invasion.
No freebies, no education, no welfare, no food stamps, no medicine, NO FREEBIES to criminals, ONLY prison and deportation. Enforce aiding and abetting penalties against those who employ criminal invaders. Charge all those who assist invaders, also with treason and apply appropriate penalties.
Kill more than two birds with one stone:
Let’s solve several problems at once.   We have a war going on in Afghanistan and still looking for bin Laden.  We have a war going on in Iraq that’s already won, but the peace has yet to be won.  And in both of those places Americans are putting their lives at risk every day.   We also have tens of millions of Mexican criminals roaming our streets, many of whom would love an opportunity to make their stay legal and legitimate, particularly if we started enforcing the law and they had little chance of staying and finding work.  So let’s take the able bodied criminals and make them an offer.  They can work on the chain gang for 5 years and be deported, or they can join the US military and go overseas until the job is done. If they win, they get to come back and call the USA home.  We flood the Afghan Pakistan border with a few million armed Mexican criminals who are already known for ignoring borders, and have a high incentive to get bin Laden dead or alive.   They accomplish that task and we flood Iraq with the same to clean up the mess without putting so many Americans at risk.  Those who survive and get the jobs done come home to the US with respect and a path to US citizenship having made amends for their crime on invading our soil.
